Cake. Cake. Cake. What rhymes with cake ? 

Bake !! 

So what so we do ? Bake a cake and eat it. 

You love cake , I love cake. We all LOVE cake ? But do we know all the 10 cakes we must eat before we die ? 

So here's 10 must eat cakes. 

1) Black Forest  cake 



2) fudge cake 


3) passion fruit and white chocolate cake. 


4) blueberry cheese cake 









5) apple pie cake



6) carrot cake with cream cheese frosting 




7) red velvet cake 



8) skittles cupcakes (yes you read it right !)





9) cherry cream cake 




10) lemon and white chocolate cake.

Salsa sauce.

Salsa sauce 

 Ingredients



3 large tomatoes, finely chopped 

1/2 onion, very finely chopped

2 tablespoons of coriander

2 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes

2 teaspoons chilli sauce

1 teaspoon of parsley 

1/2 teaspoon garlic

salt and pepper to taste


Direction 


~ Mix all of the ingredients together.

Using a fork and mash the mixture or you can use a grinder to mix it all.  

And there you have it !

Chicken soup

Home made chicken soup 


Chicken soup is one of the yummiest , and the easiest thing to cook. 
So if you have fever and if you are anything like me , you will understand the joy of chicken soup ! 


Ingredients
1) 1whole chicken (or you can cut pieces of chicken sausage) 
2) 4carrots, halved 
3) 4 stalks celery, halved 
4) 1 large onion, chopped and fried 
5) water around 2 cups or more depending on how much soup you want 
6) salt and pepper to taste 
7) 1 teaspoon garlic pasta 
Directions 

~ Put the chicken, carrots, celery and onion in a large soup pot and cover with cold water. Heat and simmer, uncovered, until the chicken meat falls off of the bones (skim off foam every so often)

Take everything out of the pot. Strain the broth. Pick the meat off of the bones and chop the carrots, celery . Season the broth with salt, pepper and garlic pasta to taste, if desired. Return the chicken, carrots, celery and onion to the pot, stir together, and serve with a tsp of butter and bread. 



So here it is. It's easy ! Yummy ! And well yummy !

BAKED SALMON

BAKED SALMON 

Baked salmon is one of those things you can cook for a Sunday brunch. 
It's easy ! It's quick and also it's SUPER yummy ! 

Ingredients
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-6 tablespoons light olive oil 
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
-2 fillets salmon

Directions
~In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour

~ Preheat oven to 190 degrees 

~Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.

~And voila ! You are ready to hog it !
Serve with boiled veggies or salad of your choice ! If you wish you can also add garlic bread along with it
